Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Free standard shipping on all orders $49+
  • Standard shipping is $4.95 for orders less than $49
Expedited Shipping (2 business days)
  • Customers may select 2 Day shipping for an additional charge.
  • 2 Day delivery is not available for those who live outside of the continental United States. 
Priority Shipping (Next business day)
  • Customers may select Next Day shipping for an additional charge.
  Please note:
  • We can ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 States); excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Internationally.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Amazon Lockers.
  • All orders are shipped through major delivery carriers, i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, SmartPost. We cannot be held liable for any delays they might have.
  • US-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
  • We do not ship International.

Exchange Policy

  • All exchanges must be made within 30 days after the purchase date.
  • We will pay for shipping charges for items that need to be exchanged.
  • Item must be in brand new condition with all the original packaging.

If you order any product and it does not fit your needs, we want to make it right for you. Please contact us right away at and we will take care of you.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied, we are not satisfied! Our job is to make it right for you.  Please read our return policy carefully:

  • We cannot accept a return after 30 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in brand new condition with all the original packaging.
  • For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse before receiving a full refund.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • We will refund the credit card originally used to place the order.

For all qualified returns (as stated above), please contact us immediately at and provide your order number.

  1. We will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and RMA slip.
  2. Place your order back into its original packaging and box it came in along with the RMA slip.
  3. Ship product back to the return address provided to you during the return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item(s) have been damaged during shipping or there are missing or incorrect items, you must notify us within 7 days so that we may correct the issue. Email us at with your order number and a description of the problem.

If your items are damaged, please include photographs if possible to assist us. We will then issue an RMA number and a return shipping label for you to send back your order. Upon receiving the return, we will send out a replacement product to you. 

Please note: We are unable to process replacements without an RMA first. Again, please notify us as soon as possible, as our window for filing an insurance claim is limited to 10 days. If we are notified of damaged or missing items after 7 days, we will be unable to refund or replace your items.
